Hampton Inn Collinsville

While this is an older Hampton it is very well maintained. As a higher tier Hilton Honors member I get into a lot of their properties and this one was a pleasant surprise. The man who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. The bathroom in my two-room "suite" was massive! Good checkout experience. The only nick might be the later evening staff member was poorly dressed and was not at the desk when three of us were waiting to talk to someone (for me my key has stopped working). A good hotel though and I recommend it.

Leslie at the front desk is a fantastic evening manager! She allowed us to use the kitchen microwave which we really appreciated. While this Hampton is a bit older, it's in great shape and we could tell that it has been updated regularly. The morning staff are all nice folks too. The morning breakfast area was great. Only a minor drawback on the room - not enough electric outlets on the left side of the king bed. We've got a lot of gadgets and CPAP machines these days ! I recommend!

Leslie and Jaime at the front desk truly made the stay 100/10. Jaime gave the kids crayons and coloring sheets on the way out. Both ladies were so kind, warm and welcoming. Room was spotless. Pool was great and opened at 8am- which was great to burn kids energy off before hitting the road. Breakfast was well stocked and the lady running that was very much on top of keeping it tidy and was very attentive.

The staff was great. The room was clean even with all the pets we saw. Breakfast was great. Perfect for a one night stay. There are not that many good hotels on the east side of st Louis, but this was a nice stay

Rooms were clean just the way you wanted it everything worked including the refrigerator which is rare sometimes these days at other hotels, the gentleman at the front desk was super awesome!!!! Definitely will be back to this wonderful location

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and it’s been a great place to get a good nights sleep while on a road trip. The employee who checked me in, I believe Leslie, is super friendly and provided great service. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The hot breakfast was good and the dining area was clean. There are a few restaurants and a gas station nearby and the area is safe.

We have been on the road and this was the least expensive place we have stayed the whole trip, but it compared well to all our other stops. The bed was comfortable, the climate control worked well, the bathroom was roomy and had a decent shower. The hotel breakfast was adequate. The woman at the desk patiently worked with the young lady in front of us (who we don't know) to accommodate her when she had a list of problems regarding this and other reservations.

I drive an 18 wheeler and hotel parking is at a premium. This hotel welcomes us. We stay there anytime we come to the St Louis area. Currently (9/8/25) there is renovation in progress. The rooms are completed and they are finishing up the hallways and lobby/breakfast areas. Workers don't start too early or work too late. The hotel is very quiet. I can't say enough about the Ownership and Staff. They are very personable, helpful and pay close attention to detail... more than most hotels. We are there almost monthly and they know our names. It's as close to home as one can get. I must mention a few names of those providing excellent service: Vivek is the GM who watches for us and goes out of his way to greet us. The Front Desk Receptionists are Jaime, Ed, Drake, Dustin, Sam and Leslie. They ALWAYS greet us. and recognize our Hilton status. I would recommend this hotel to my family or anyone traveling this way!
